} space tears {
sorrow fills you
it eats you up
you wish that soon
you would wake up
but you're not asleep
you're out in space
your eyes well up
tears streak your face
down your cheeks
roll all your tears
then they let go
and form into spheres
I see your space tears
floating silently
I want to stop their flow
I want to gather them up
and wipe your cheeks
but I can't do anything
they drift forever
you can't take them back
don't be afraid
show me your face
break down and cry
there's no disgrace
don't feel so guilty
don't be ashamed
it's not your fault
why take the blame?
I wish I were an angel
to watch you from above
to protect you from these things
and let you know you are loved
I see your space tears
